Every last Saturday in June, July and August of 2025, join our emcee Kimo Kahoʻāno on Waimea Valley’s Main Lawn for an afternoon of Hawaiian mele and hula. Bring your dance moves, your aloha spirit, and your friends and family.

When is the summer concert?

See above dates. The gates open starting at 11:30 AM, and the concert starts at 2 PM.

Who is playing?

The Summer Concert features four Hawaiian musical groups. See above line up on individual dates.

What time does the show begin?

The pre-show will begin at 1:45 pm and the first performer will go on at 2 PM.

How much are the tickets?

Online, presale tickets are $20 for adults and $18 for children and seniors. At the gate, tickets will cost $25 for adults and $20 for children and seniors. Infants 3 and under are free.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets through our website. Ticket sales are available now.

Where can I pick up my tickets?

On Day of Concert

Tickets are available ahead of time at the Waimea Valley Gift Shop, open 7 days a week 9 am to 5 pm.

Pre-sale tickets end on the day before each concert at 11:59 pm.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Yes. You may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Will you be selling food and drinks?

Yes! There will be food and beverages available for sale starting at 11:30 am in the concert area.  The Visitor Center general guest area also offers food and beverages for sale. The Wahi ʻᾹina Grill and Bar Kikoni open at 10 am, and Hale Kope Coffee Shop opens at 7:30 am.  

What is not allowed?

The following are not allowed.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on the property

  • umbrellas

  • tall chairs (folding or camping)

  • pop-up tents

  • drug use

  • smoking/ vaping.

  • wagons

  • coolers

  • drone

Is there parking? Is there a fee?

Yes, there is parking. Parking is free with your concert ticket in the regular Waimea Valley visitor parking areas.

What time do parking gates open?

Parking starts at 9 AM.

What time do the concert gates open?

Concert gates open at 11:30 am

Is there handicapped seating?

Yes, there will be limited seating available for handicapped people on the lawn at our “kupuna tent” and in the Pikake Pavilion.

Is there reserved seating?

There is no reserved seating.

Are there refunds?

No.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Yes, tickets are available for purchase at the will-call tents located in front of the Visitor Center. Cash and credit cards will be taken. Gate ticket prices are $25 for adults and $20 for children and seniors. Children under the age of 4 are free.

Does my whole group need to be with me to enter the concert?

Yes. If there are multiple tickets under one name, everyone needs to be present to enter.

Can we bring chairs?

Yes. Low beach chairs only.

Does my concert ticket include entry into the gardens, waterfall, and cultural sites?

No.

Is the Valley closed to the public for the concert?

No, the Valley will be open and operating as usual.

Parking is free for Waimea Valley patrons and concert ticket holders.

Purchase of the Summer Concert ticket does not include Waimea Valley admission.
