Honoring Prince Jonah Kūhiō Kalaniana‘ole (1871–1922), the ‘Citizen Prince’ of Hawai‘i, whose leadership and vision continue to shape the islands. Born in Kōloa, Kaua‘i, he championed the rights of Native Hawaiians as a delegate to the U.S. Congress and helped establish the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act to return land to his people.
