Events in the Sacred Valley take on a magical quality. Whether it the luxurious green gardens, or the ancient mana in the air, from the moment they drive up the road, you’re guests will be transported. Destination weddings should be grand, and Waimea Valley offers luxury venues for the picture-perfect garden wedding.
Ke’Nui Kitchen provides catering and beverage services for all events held at Waimea Valley. With fresh, local ingredients, and artfully designed plates, founder Chef Thomas Naylor and his culinary team will work with you to hand craft a menu to suit your tastes and needs.
Please note that all events at Waimea Valley require a licensed event planner. We are happy to provide you with suggestions.

wedding suite
$1000
Located in the Proud Peacock venue if the space is available. Included in your wedding suite are A/C, wardrobe mirrors, hook up to a TV (with HDMI cord), and a lanai overlooking the gardens. The wedding suite is available from 10 am to 5 pm.

Wedding Rehearsals
$200/ 1 hour
We recommend scheduling a rehearsal to ensure all logistics run smoothly on your wedding day. Please email the Waimea Valley Events department to arrange a time and date for your rehearsal. Your space is available for the rehearsal for one hour between 8:30 am - 4 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Transportation to venues is not included in the fee. *Please note that for parties of more than 7 people, you must book shuttle service to reach your venue (or you must walk). Private cars are not allowed.

Wedding Day Photo Session
$200
The photo session is a chance for the couple, photographer, and/or videographer to select locations in the Valley for a special photoshoot. The fee includes a round trip golf cart transportation for up to 5 people. The golf cart is driven by Waimea Valley staff. The total session is 60 minutes max. On the day of the event the latest start time for the photo session is 5:30 pm.

Waimea Valley Photo Session
$350
For all of life’s milestones, Waimea Valley offers the ideal backdrop for your photo shoots. The fee includes a round trip golf cart transportation for up to 5 people. The golf cart is driven by Waimea Valley staff. The total session is 60 minutes max. On the day of the event the latest start time for the photo session is 5:30 pm.

Elopements & Vow Renewals
$500 / hour
Elopements and vow renewals are allowed at Waimea Valley. We allow 5 people max including the wedding couple and vendors. No décor of the venue area is allowed. No guests are allowed. Venues available for an elopement are Upper Meadow, Amphitheater, Puhala, Palm Meadow, and the Main Lawn. The elopement fee does include a golf cart escort to and from the wedding ceremony site and Visitor Center for up to 5 people. The elopement fee does not include transportation to other venues or areas in the garden for photos.

Wedding Arches
$250 per arch
Rental for one wedding arch includes: drop off and set up of arch prior to guest arrival, staking down the arch, and breakdown of the arch once the event is over. The fee does not include: floral decor, draping décor, or moving the arch during the event. The decor is allowed on the arch but must be coordinated through your wedding coordinator or outside vendor. Any damage to the arch will be taken out of the client's damage deposit.
