Waimea Falls is a natural waterfall wedding venue

This outdoor venue is available for wedding ceremonies only, as well as for photo sessions. Surrounded on three sides by mountains and rich green foliage, with the green pool, the rushing water, and the hills of the valley as your setting, this venue is perfect for intimate ceremonies.

Ceremony amenities include:

Ceremony seating: 6 brown benches (drop-off only)

Restrooms

2-hour rental (including set up and break down)

Waterfall photo session

Venue Pricing

$3595 (regular business hours), $4595 (special hours of operation) plus sales tax and a $500 required security deposit (Monday - Sunday before or after business hours)

Note: Guest transportation and setup for ceremony seating are not offered through Waimea Valley.  You can arrange an event set up through your wedding coordinator or a rental company vendor.

To substitute bench ceremony seating for banquet chairs is $200.

When you have a waterfall ceremony at 5:30 pm, we will clear the waterfall area of all other guests by 5:00 pm.

Photo Sessions

$200

The photo session is a chance for the couple, photographer, and/or videographer to select locations in the Valley for a special photoshoot. The fee includes a round-trip golf cart transportation for up to 5 people. The golf cart is driven by Waimea Valley staff. The total session is 60 minutes max. On the day of the event, the latest start time for the photo session is 5:30 pm.
