Workshop Schedule:
8:30-9:00 AM — Check in near ticket booth
9:00-9:30 AM — Protocol / Introduction
9:30-10:30 AM — Work starts
10:30-11:00 AM — Giveaway/ Tasting
What to Prepare:
Closed-toe shoes, long-sleeve shirts, and long pants
Refillable water bottle
Sunscreen
Bug repellant
Hat
Rain jacket in case of rainfall
Day of Event:
Check-in starts at 8:30 AM and will be located near the ticket booth on the day of the event.
Once checked in, you will receive a wristband for entry into the valley. Our botanical staff will guide groups up in 15-minute intervals. The first group will depart from the ticket booth at 8:30 AM, the second at 8:45 AM, and the final group at 9:00 AM.
If you check in after 9:00 AM, please follow the directional signs leading to the work site.
