Every Wednesday, kamaʻāina keiki under 12 enter the valley for FREE.

Kamaʻāina Thursdays
Every Thursday, from noon to 3 pm, Hawaii residents receive free admission to the Valley.

Lā ʻOhana Days
The 3rd Sunday of every month, treat your family to a day at Waimea Valley with 50% off general admission for kama'āina and military families.

Volunteer Days
Every week, there are opportunities to volunteer: from Mālama Mala and Hanai ʻāina Days to ʻOhana Volunteer Days and Special Events.

Saturday Plant Sales
Every Saturday, from 8 am to 12 pm in the Nursery, shop a selection of curated plants.

Once a month around the full moon, from August to October, enjoy the sounds and sights of Waimea Valley at night.

King Kamehameha I Day
In honor of the Great King King Kamehameha I, local residents receive FREE general admission on Tuesday, June 11 with state or military ID.
